In the past five months …

3 August 2020

We have been on the Corona-coaster.  Up and down, terrified and thankful in equal measures.  We hope that you and your loved ones have been able to keep self and well.   After a period of remaining firmly at home, we have returned to the museum to figure out what the new normal looks like for us.

We also had the not-so-small task of reinstalling the exhibits as just prior to lockdown, the museum underwent refurbishment.

In short, we’ve been extremely busy.   How about you?  Do get in touch and let us know.

We missed you so much during lockdown that we are doing what we can to say a massive hello to you now.

We are breathing new life into our Facebook pages, and are now on Trip Advisor, so please do leave us a review.  We are also in the process of developing You Tube and Twitter accounts.

Our new normal, like everywhere else, sees us keeping 2m apart, using lots of sanitiser, wearing facemasks and installing a one-way system throughout the museum. Doing so has enabled us to re-open and welcome you back and we just can’t wait.

On top of all this, we used our lockdown time as well as we could by developing a comprehensive audience research and communications strategy, thanks to the amazing Beckie Smith at Flying Geese.
